Specializations: Individuals, couples, adolescence, Life Transitions, Faith transitions, addictive and compulsive behaviors.

I bring compassion, curiosity, and grounded positivity into therapy with both individuals and couples. I believe life is inherently meaningful and challenging, and that healing often begins when we learn to approach ourselves with greater understanding rather than shame or fear. As a therapist, I offer a steady presence and collaborative space where you can process painful experiences, deepen self-awareness, and develop greater resilience, clarity, and emotional connection.

I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-worth struggles, relationship challenges, faith transitions, and addictive behaviors. I believe many of the ways we struggle are shaped by painful experiences, attachment wounds, and external pressures. Together, we work to understand the patterns that keep you stuck while developing healthier ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people around you.

I value helping clients move beyond simply surviving and toward feeling more connected, empowered, and fulfilled in their lives. I believe lasting growth involves cultivating both self-compassion and accountability, as well as learning how to navigate relationships with greater honesty, emotional awareness, and authenticity. Therapy can help relationships move from patterns of dependence or disconnection toward deeper trust, interdependence, and secure connection.

Outside of therapy, I spend much of my time outdoors mountain biking, rock climbing, trail running, backcountry skiing, backpacking, exploring nature, reading, writing, and making art. I see hobbies not only as sources of enjoyment, but also as places where we practice courage, curiosity, humility, playfulness, and resilience – qualities that can support us in every area of life.

My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and collaborative therapy approaches.
