If you’re reading this, you may be navigating a season of uncertainty, change, or emotional pain. Whether you’re working through relationship challenges, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or trying to better understand yourself or a loved one, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while working toward meaningful growth.
I bring experience working with neurodiverse and culturally diverse populations and deeply value the uniqueness each client brings to the therapy room. In our work together, I integrate approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also have growing interests in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which offer helpful tools for understanding internal experiences and aligning with personal values. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I aim to help clients gain insight into patterns, develop healthier ways of relating, and move toward a stronger sense of connection and well-being.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I consider it a privilege to sit with clients as they navigate difficult moments and discover new ways of understanding themselves and their relationships.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy hiking, running, going to the gym, attending music concerts, and spending time with friends.
