Specializations: Compulsive Sexual Behaviors and Addiction, Betrayal Trauma, Infidelity, Relational Satisfaction, Difficult Transitional Stages, and Mental Health

I enjoy being with people; in their best and hardest moments. I prioritize helping families, couples, and individuals become more healthy in sustainable and independent ways. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand the importance of connection and relationships, and want to help others feel the power that comes from having their interpersonal needs met. Whether it’s little tweaks or drastic changes that need to be made, I deeply respect those who are seeking to increase their quality of life and become something more than they once were.

I believe that much of the dysfunction and unhappiness we experience in life comes from our inability to effectively and successfully manage our pain. Whether it is deep-seated trauma or uncomfortable day-to-day experiences, developing more intentional pain management skills becomes a priority through the therapeutic process. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based modalities to help clients feel more empowered in their lives.

I love my wife and children, playing games and socializing with friends, cooking (and eating) food, and reading.
