I’m honored whenever someone chooses to share their story with me. As your therapist, I believe that you are not defined by your struggles or your hardest days. I also believe relationships can be some of life’s most meaningful sources of connection and joy. They can help us grow, but they can also be challenging. Therapy can be a space to process life’s difficulties, explore meaningful experiences, and gain clarity and confidence in the decisions you’re facing. It can also be a place to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I value the therapeutic relationship and welcome your feedback throughout the process.
I work with young adults, teens, individuals, and couples, including those seeking premarital counseling. I enjoy helping clients navigate dating, identity exploration, anxiety, self-worth, and life transitions. My approach is attachment-based, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Bowen Family Systems Theory. With couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to support connection and relationship growth. I strive to create a space that respects your values, beliefs, and cultural background, and I’m happy to incorporate these into our work in ways that feel meaningful to you.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy trail running, sauna and cold plunges, and laughing with friends and family. I also love traveling, especially to coastal towns or anywhere with good seafood.
