Trauma and difficult life experiences can impact our relationship with others and ourselves. Most of us grow without the emotional care and guidance that we need and that can make it more difficult to live without the weight of unprocessed emotions and experiences. I am passionate about helping people understand themselves and their life experiences, past and present. Along with that, I enjoy teaching my clients tools and techniques to help them cope and learn to live in the present. My therapeutic approach involves the Narrative model, Emotionally Focused therapy, along with mindfulness interventions and I mostly work with individuals and couples.

I am committed to sitting with my clients and helping them process the effects of trauma and life’s challenges. My belief in human resiliency is what makes me so passionate about processing the harder things in life and learning to reframe our way of thinking so we can open the doors to healing. Healing is not linear but a beautiful journey that is worth taking and I feel honored to sit with people and help them along.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, doing yoga, learning languages, reading books and hanging out with my friends. I’m from Nebraska but I like the mountains and the opportunity to hike more in Utah.
