I believe that each one of us has inherent, natural emotional needs that can cause emotional,
psychological, and even physical, pain and suffering when not met. That’s why I am deeply
passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create secure connections and
develop more fulfilling relationships, within themselves and their families, to facilitate healing
and growth.

I approach therapy with a collaborative and strengths-based method, recognizing that each
person and relationship is unique. I believe in creating a warm and trusting therapeutic
environment where clients feel heard, validated, and supported. I am devoted to maintaining
that safe environment by using exploration and vulnerability to understand and address the
roots of emotional pain and trauma. I feel incredibly honored to be a part of this journey with
my clients and am committed to including culturally sensitive and scientifically supported
treatments in my practice to develop healthy and strong individuals, couples, and families.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, exploring the outdoors, and learning about
how the world works. I absolutely love a good book or podcast, playing soccer, and eating good
food with friends and family.
