I am driven by the transformative power of therapy and the hope it brings to individuals, couples, and families. Having experienced my fair share of ups and downs, I understand the importance of hope in the healing process. I am dedicated to meeting you where you are, and providing a safe space for you to express yourself because your voice deserves to be heard.
I enjoy collaborating with adults, couples, and teens from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in collaboration, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. I use an empathetic approach where your unique experiences are acknowledged and understood. I received my bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University Idaho and received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
I enjoy spending quality time with my four kids and trying new restaurants with my husband. I look forward to getting to know you and accompanying you on your personal journey.
