Specializations: Trauma, Sexual Addiction, Abuse Recovery, Anxiety, Military Families

I am passionate about creating places of sanctuary for my clients. I wholeheartedly believe in the healing power of safe connection in the wake of traumatic experiences, big and small. My approach to therapy includes IFS, EMDR, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and all creative media.

I am associate licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a clinical focus on complex PTSD treatment. I have had the opportunity to share her my experience with trauma, divorce, and addiction as a guest lecturer and content consultant for Brigham Young’s Department of Family Life. I received my graduate training from Utah Valley University, where I deepened my reverence for the painful and beautiful work of graciously re-storying trauma.

I find joy in all sorts of hobbies but am especially drawn to creative writing, drawing, singing, kayaking, reading, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. After a busy day, I love to unwind over dinner with my spouse and take long walks by the river at golden hour.
