Conflict and change can create discomfort in our lives, but I believe they also present marvelous opportunities for growth and healing. My studies and personal life experiences have allowed me to see how individuals and families can survive and thrive despite their challenges. I am passionate about fostering a support system through therapy that helps break negative cycles, utilize already present strengths, and bolster self-esteem and relationships.

Ultimately, I aim to create a safe space for my clients to sit with their struggles, helping them process, heal, and grow through them. My therapeutic space is a judgment-free zone, and I strive to make every client feel seen, heard, valued, and respected. In my opinion, hopeful therapy is about using the skills and strengths already present within us to foster resilience. Hope is a massive force for positive change and healing, and I plan to incorporate it into my work consistently. The main approaches I use in my therapy include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy techniques, attachment theory, and collaborative methods.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and black lab pup, particularly going on walks and hikes. I’ve been a part of the military community as a spouse, and I am passionate about supporting military individuals and their families. I also enjoy reading anything I can get my hands on, binge-watching horrible reality TV shows, and journaling.
