Specializations: Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness, Couples, Trauma, Individuals, Multicultural

Trauma and difficult life experiences can impact our relationships with others and ourselves. Many of us go through life without the emotional care and guidance that we need, which can make it more difficult to live with the weight of unprocessed emotions and experiences. I am passionate about helping people understand themselves and their life experiences, past and present. Along with that, I enjoy teaching my clients tools and techniques to help them cope and learn to live in the present. My therapeutic approaches are Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems, along with mindfulness interventions. I enjoy working with individuals and couples.

I am committed to helping people process the effects of trauma and life’s challenges. My belief in human resiliency is what makes me so passionate about processing the harder things in life and learning to reframe our way of thinking so we can open the doors to healing. Healing is not linear, but a beautiful journey that is worth taking and I feel honored to sit with people and help them along.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, doing yoga, learning languages, reading books and hanging out with friends. I’m from Nebraska, but I like the mountains and the opportunity to hike more in Utah.
