Life has a way of opening us to both wonder and hardship. There are moments when everything feels bright and steady, and moments when the ground shifts beneath us — when emotions feel heavy, old wounds resurface, or the meaning we once carried begins to blur. In those times, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, shaken, or unsure of how to move forward. And yet, I believe those moments are also invitations: signals from within that something in you is ready to be seen, understood, and healed.
When you come to therapy, I see a person with a story, a history, and a depth that deserves care. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and non-pathologizing. I listen closely to the experiences that have shaped you — the patterns, the strengths, the burdens, and the parts of yourself that have long gone unheard. Together, we make meaning of what you’ve lived through and explore the possibilities of where you’re going.
I work from a depth-oriented, Jungian-informed perspective that honors the inner world: the symbols, themes, and quiet truths that run beneath the surface of our lives. As we move through your inner landscape together, my hope is that you experience more self-acceptance, more compassion for your own humanity, and a clearer connection to the wisdom already within you. You are the central figure in your story — not broken, but becoming.
Outside of my work as a therapist, you’ll find me hunting for treasures in thrift stores, listening to music, tending my houseplants, or immersing myself in science fiction and stories that stir the imagination.
