Insurance and Cost
We accept DMBA, Select Health, Integrated Select Health, EMI, PEHP, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care/Optum/UMR, and certain Medicaid plans. If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
A 60 minute self-pay session ranges from $110 to $160. We accept FSA/HSA cards and LDS bishop pay.
