Specializations: Faith transition, trauma, anxiety, couples, grief, depression, adult women’s issues

Life is full of challenges and unmet expectations and sometimes it can feel like your experiences carve you or your relationships into something you don’t want. I love working with people to navigate the mess and the scary and the painful to reconnect with who they want to be. Through the therapeutic process, it is incredible to witness my client’s strength, humanity, and goodness.

I am passionate about digging in and being with you as you explore your journey to healing. I prefer a collaborative approach that helps you take significant steps toward healing. I deeply value working with you to create a space of safety. I hope to be someone who can help you hold it all when it becomes too heavy.

My theoretical framework for understanding you and your experiences is grounded in attachment theory, systems theory, and includes values work. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as other modalities to help you with your unique circumstances and needs. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, couple’s issues, faith transitions, grief, and depression.

When I’m not seeing clients I enjoy spending time with my husband and two delightful kids. I am somewhat addicted to puzzling and chocolate and I love laughing and connecting with friends.
