Hi, I’m Sadie Grant a Marriage and Family Therapy intern. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and discover meaningful change. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, and my goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where we can work together to build healthier relationships and stronger emotional well-being.

What I love most about therapy is how it allows people to feel truly seen, heard, and validated. It’s a space where individuals can explore their emotions without judgment and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I also value how therapy offers both comfort and challenge — providing a safe environment to process difficult feelings while encouraging personal growth and transformation.

Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, family conflicts, or personal challenges, I’m here to listen and guide you on your journey. Change is possible, and I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hanging out with friends, family, and being anywhere that is around people. I love playing sports especially softball, tennis and pickleball. I also enjoy staying inside and watching fun shows such as silly reality tv.
