Hello! I have over a decade of experience working with a wide array of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, addiction, and post-traumatic stress. Other areas about which I am passionate include identity issues, attachment injuries, abuse and neglect, anger management, social anxiety, religious OCD and scrupulosity, faith crisis/faith transition, and pornography and sexual addiction.

I’m especially passionate about working with couples and helping them through challenges like infidelity, intimacy issues, and emotional disconnection. Whether dealing with parenting conflicts, unresolved trauma, addiction, grief/loss, or life transitions, my goal is to support couples in navigating these difficulties and strengthening their relationships.

I believe in a teamwork approach to helping clients emotionally heal, discover meaning in their lives, develop positive coping skills, form and maintain healthy relationships, learn how to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and work toward their greater potential as individuals, couples, and families.

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but am now comfortable calling Utah home. I love laughing with my husband and two sons, making jewelry, cooking, listening to podcasts, and making friends in grocery store check-out lines. I am a true “foodie” and aspire to travel the world!
