“To be authentic, we must cultivate the courage to be imperfect—and vulnerable.”
– Brené Brown

I know therapy can feel scary at first—it asks us to be open and honest with
ourselves about our desires, wants, shame, and fears. I want to acknowledge the
courage it takes to get here and I welcome you—the real you—into this space,
and I hope you’ll feel that I show up authentically, too. I believe it’s in our
authentic feelings that we discover healing, growth, and even joy.

Working with me is a collaborative, genuine process. I aim to create a space
where you feel empowered to take charge of your story and your life. I’ll also
challenge you at times to consider new perspectives—and I’ll likely crack a few
jokes along the way. Together, we’ll set goals that feel meaningful for you, and
we’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re moving in the direction you want to
go.

In our sessions, we’ll process emotions, explore creative approaches, and take
action when it feels right to step into change! I believe in therapy that is an
investment in yourself, and that starts with working with a therapist that believes
healing is possible for you!
