“It is morning again, and there is peace to be found in the gentle way I am rising over the
mountains and allowing a new day to begin again.” – A poem written in my notes app after
a particularly long day.

This is how I see healing—not as a sudden transformation, but as a quiet, gentle rising. A return to yourself.

I want to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and
compassion, so you can build deep, authentic connections—with yourself and
others—rooted in your innate goodness.

In our work together, we will build greater self-worth and self-trust. This means learning how to
see, validate, and sit with the things you’ve been taught to hide or avoid. When we meet
ourselves with compassion, we can begin to create new patterns. This is where change happens.

I don’t believe therapy should be just talk. I also work experientially and somatically, because
what happens in your body matters just as much as what happens in your mind. As Bessel van
der Kolk says, “the body keeps the score.” Our bodies carry the stories we haven’t yet found
words for. Through body-based awareness, we can begin to listen—and respond—with care. My
goal is to not only empower you with the insight and skills to heal, grow, and thrive
independently, but to practice body awareness to deepen self-trust, increase emotional regulation, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

This is the kind of work I believe in: tender, real, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing
is possible.
