“Relationships are the agents of change and the most powerful therapy is human love.” -Bruce Perry M.D.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I view therapy from a systemic lens and bring a relationship based approach to help clients work towards the changes they would like to see. I believes that the therapy room is a place for openness and should be judgment free. I focus treatment on connection and empowerment as she believes it is the best medicine for suffering. My main goal is to help each client feel supported, challenged and valued. I use humor, honesty, and a genuine approach that allows clients to thrive in therapy and accomplish the goals they have set.

After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family studies with an emphasis in Community Services at Utah State University, I continued my education to receive my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy at Utah Valley University. Since then, I have worked in community mental health, residential treatment, and a postpartum/sex therapy clinic. My favorite modalities of therapy include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Lifespan Integration Therapy. I especially enjoys working with women, teens, and those struggling with anxiety or ADHD.

When not doing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and baby, being outside in nature, or getting together with friends and family.
