Each quilt in this collection is created with the same care and intention that we bring to our therapy work — a reminder that mental health matters, and that you are worthy of rest, hope, and gentleness.

Every design is imagined and some are hand-embroidered by our founder, Amanda Christenson, stitched with messages like “you are worthy of love,” “breathe,” and “good things are coming.” These quilts are lovingly pieced and finished by Teresa Walker and beautifully quilted by Emmy Evans, making each one a collaboration of heart and craft.
