I have always been drawn to the depth and complexity of people. The experiences that shape us, the relationships that matter to us, and the ways we learn to make sense of ourselves and our lives. That is a big part of why I love being a therapist.
I consider it the highest honor to sit with people in some of the most vulnerable parts of their lives. Therapy often means being invited into someone’s pain, grief, uncertainty, relationships, and hopes for something different. I don’t take that trust lightly. I believe there is something incredibly meaningful about having a space where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel messy, confusing, painful, or difficult to put into words and know that you do not have to navigate them alone.
As a therapist, I want to understand you as a whole person, not simply through the problems that brought you to therapy. I care deeply about creating a relationship where you feel safe, understood, and able to be honest about what you are experiencing. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and curious. I believe meaningful change often happens when we can better understand our emotions, patterns, relationships, and the deeper needs underneath them.
I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults, women, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, self-worth, body image, identity, dating and relationships, life transitions, and relationship distress. I also have a particular interest in women’s experiences and women’s health.
More than anything, I feel privileged to do this work. Being trusted with another person’s story is something I will never view casually. My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel deeply seen while also finding greater compassion for yourself, stronger connection in your relationships, and courage to move toward the life you want to create.
