I believe people are resilient and capable of moving forward, even in the midst of life’s most difficult challenges. As a therapist, my goal is to provide support, guidance, and tools to help my clients experience relief, build confidence, and develop hope for the future.
Whether you are seeking to improve your mental health, learn healthier coping skills, break free from negative thought patterns, improve communication, set boundaries, strengthen relationships, heal from trauma, or cultivate a greater sense of peace, I am here to support you every step of the way.
My own life experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of the struggles people face. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I am a mother of five and have been married for 30 years. I enjoy spending time with my family, caring for animals (especially cats and dogs), planting flowers, working on puzzles, watching funny movies, wake surfing, and taking trips to the ocean.
If you are considering therapy, I would love the opportunity to walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
