Helping to develop relationships with meaningful connections is my goal as a marriage and family therapist. Seeking help is not easy, but is the first step towards recognizing the pain, trauma, and anxiety that can get in the way of hope and healing. As a therapist I work hard to create a safe, judgement free space, where feelings, and concerns are freely shared.  I believe in a Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy, where innermost thoughts are discussed and better understood, allowing for more self-awareness and acceptance. I enjoy using narrative therapy, which promotes safe, healthy connections within therapy, that can carry over into other parts of life. Working hand in hand with my clients creates solutions that empower each unique individual, couple, and family.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading in my hammock, and spending time with family. Raising 5 children has been a blessing and has also made me aware of the different problems and disorders that can be present within families and individuals. I am always excited to meet new people, hear their stories and be included in their journey toward better mental health.
