Specializations: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Adolescent Issues

Healing is a vulnerable, challenging, and beautiful journey. As a therapist, I value helping individuals feel seen, empowered, and supported along this journey. I utilize a strengths-based, eclectic approach to facilitate client-centered treatment. Incorporating modalities such as IFS, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I believe that each individual possesses the strengths needed to enact the change they want to see. I desire to empower and work alongside them to uncover and step into those strengths so they are able to live the life they envision. I strive to create an environment that fosters safety, authenticity, and connection to assist individuals in learning how to establish mindful and intentional relationships with themselves and others.

I hold an associate license as a Certified Social Worker with a clinical mental health focus. I graduated with my masters in Social Work from Utah Valley University. I have experience practicing trauma-informed care with individuals and families who are survivors of domestic violence and various forms of abuse. I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents in helping them incorporate skills to combat their various forms of mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Creativity and connection play a large role in my own happiness. My favorite activities include spending time with my husband, trying new foods, playing sports, being artistic, and traveling with loved ones. I absolutely love noticing and appreciating the smallest things in life and strive to carry that into my work as a therapist.
