Specializations: Sexual trauma, Sexual Addiction, Betrayal Trauma, Parenting and families

My role as a therapist is to help people gain new skills and insights in their healing journey to create powerful and lasting change. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families including LGBTQ+. I am honored to specialize in working with people who have experienced sexual trauma (directly and indirectly), people who have suffered from betrayal trauma or sexual addiction, and people who have parenting concerns. Finding the best treatment approach for each situation is essential to recovery, and finding the right therapist is part of that process. A good match between client and therapist will enable continual growth and happiness.

I continue to devote countless hours to studying sexual trauma and how to help people heal from it. Specialized training has qualified me to more effectively treat people dealing with betrayal trauma and sexual addiction. With families, I empower parents to regain their energy and focus with their children and heal relationships.

When I have free time I enjoy hiking and camping with my husband and our white Maltipoo throughout all the seasons. My favorite pastime at home is watching horror movies while quilting and embroidering. Traveling is also a passion of mine and once a year we enjoy a destination vacation.
